Parents are responsible for booking player air travel (Including transportation to and from the airport).

And should do so immediately after making a team! 

Feel free to use airmiles or any airline.

Players must arrive @ the team hotel before 10pm the night before the tournament and depart no earlier than 6pm on the last playing day.

Out of Town Tournaments Notes: You will want to be at each destination the day before the event. Typically, we will not know until the week before the event whether you start time is 8:00am or 2:00pm. Even if it is posted that it is afternoon starting time, the Tournament Directors always say that they can change the start time up until the day before the event. If you can afford the time to get in during the day prior the event, this may be the best time to do any sightseeing. Once the event starts, the kids will be either playing, eating, or resting.

The tournaments publish that the latest matches are scheduled to start at 3:00pm with their respective completions at around 5:00pm. If you've been around club ball for a few years or know people who have, they will almost all have at least one story of a missed flight or a near-miss at a qualifier if their flight was scheduled for 4:00pm or so. Remember to allow time to travel to the airport, turn-in rental car, check luggage, check-in, etc.

ALL Chaperone(and Team) Hotel Rooms have already been booked and paid for by 900vb. You will receive your confirmation numbers prior to the event.

 14s - 18s Player & Chaperone (new this season) hotel rooms are covered by 900VB. 

13s will not have Team rooms nor a Chaperone room.  900 Policy is that the 13s will stay with their parents for out of town events.  If a player does not have a parent attending - it is your responsiblility to coordinate with a teammate's parent to ensure your daughter has someone to travel with and a room to stay in.

We will be staying in hotels that are within walking distance to the convention centers as well as malls/entertainment - so car rental is not necessary.  Exception : Omaha Hotel is 3 - 4 miles from the Convention Center - there is a complimentary shuttle to/from Airport & Convention Center/Downtown.
